Refund policy

Sure, you're going to love what we offer! But, if for some reason it's not quite right for you, don't sweat it, we've got a 30-day returns policy.

All we ask is that you return the product in the same unused condition you received it, and don't forget the packaging bag.

Heads up - if your item gets back to us without the packaging or isn't up to scratch according to our team, we might have to say no to that refund.

Ready to return? Cool! Drop an email to our team at yo@athleticintrovert.com with your order details and phone number, and share why you'd like to return your product.

Our team might pop a few questions about your return - nothing too serious, we just want to keep things fair and square.

We'll email you a free return shipping label to stick on your package, then just drop it off at your post office.

Once we've got your return and our team has checked it out, we'll touch base about whether your refund is approved. If we're all good, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Just keep in mind, sometimes banks or credit card companies can take their sweet time processing refunds!
